The products are the simplest and the cheapest, you can find them both in winter and in summer in any grocery store.

Ingredients for Crab Salad with Cucumber and Mushrooms

  • 300 g of crab sticks;
  • 150 g of fresh cucumbers;
  • 150 g of champignons;
  • 80 g stem celery;
  • 120 g of onion;
  • 50 g of green onions;
  • 130 g carrots;
  • 100 g mayonnaise;
  • 15 g butter;
  • vegetable oil for frying, salt, black pepper.

Finely chop celery stalks and onions. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, add the butter. When the butter has melted, put the celery and onions, fry over low heat for 8-10 minutes, until the vegetables become almost transparent.

Carefully remove the sautéed vegetables from the pan, leave the oil - it will be needed in the future.

Fry celery and onions over low heat

Cut the carrots into strips, send them to the pan, cover and cook over moderate heat for about 10 minutes. During this time, the carrot will become soft.

Carrots are also carefully removed from the pan. In order not to scoop up oil for frying, it is better to get vegetables with a spatula with slots.

Separately, fry carrots

Cut mushrooms for crab salad with cucumber and mushrooms into thin slices, put in hot oil. At this stage, I advise you to add a little vegetable oil, as the mushrooms absorb it very much.

We cook mushrooms for 6-8 minutes, this time is enough for making champignons.

Throw chopped crab sticks into a preheated pan, add finely chopped green onions. Fry onion with chopsticks literally 1-2 minutes.
